Over the decades of advancements in the wellness industry, Michel has realized the pharmaceutical sales model has not evolved much in all that time — until now.

In co-founding shiftMD, Michel’s focus has been on creating a professionally curated marketplace, unobstructed by unnecessary layers from the likes of wholesalers, payers, pharmacies, and e-commerce retailers. Michel is responsible for finding and vetting the high-quality non-prescription healthcare products that are featured on the shiftMD marketplace.

Mireille has a proven track record plus robust experiences in corporate and entrepreneurial environments. She consistently delivers exceptional results through leadership, teamwork, and prudent risk-taking. At shiftMD, Mireille is responsible for scaling our operational capabilities with a focus on maximizing customer satisfaction.

In this capacity, Dr. Kellogg performs direct patient care, consultative services as a vulvovaginal and pelvic pain specialist, researcher, educator, sexual dysfunction clinician and therapist. She is a Fellow of the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health where serves as the Chair of the Fellowship Committee and a member of the Board of Directors buy monthly listeners spotify. She is on the executive Board of the National Vulvodynia Association.
Dr. Kellogg is Professor of OB/GYN at Drexel University College of Medicine; Professor of Human Sexuality at Widener University; and Clinical Associate faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.

Dr Kellogg is a certified sexuality counselor and therapist. She has authored and coauthored over 75 peer reviewed articles and numerous chapters in the field of sexual medicine. She has been a featured columnist in the New York Times and appeared on 20/20, CNN, the Today Show and Discovery Channel.

As one of only two fertility specialists offering robotic surgery in Miami, Florida, Dr. Hernandez-Rey is able to offer minimally invasive surgeries with faster recovery times and minimal scarring, often as an alternative to advanced treatments such as IVF. He has performed numerous tubal reanastomosis procedures (tubal ligation reversal), myomectomies (removal of fibroids), and surgeries for severe cases of endometriosis for the management of infertility.

Dr. Hernandez-Rey is an assistant clinical professor at the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine at Florida International University and serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for the prestigious peer-reviewed journal, Fertility and Sterility. He has also published several articles and chapters in medical literature.
